Our client is a property development company focusing on the premium - luxury segment primarily for the Ikeja GRA area. We are looking to hire a Sr Project Manager with corporate management experience to join the Team primarily to streamline and enhance business operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From ₦750,000.00 per month
Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage property and construction project life cycle from negotiation phase to delivery phase.
- To oversee the sale and occupancy of completed projects.
- To manage project teams on what is feasible and achievable during before and after project execution.
- To analyse and create project risk mitigation plans before and during projects.
- To develop projects objectives and scopes involving all relevant stakeholders and also ensuring technical feasibility of the projects .
- Train and mentor employees in areas of project management and estimating.
- Project Manager from established Property Development Companies ( UPDC , Briscoe Properties etc)
- Luxury Property Development Experience.
- Must be hungry for growth.
- Has some Management (Corporate) experience.
- Plans for be in Nigeria for the next 5 Years
Pay: From ₦750,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Project Management: 5 years (Required)
