Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our platforms.
• Manage all social media channels, including, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Twitter
• Create graphic designs and posts.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, and graphics.
• Monitor social media trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and campaign performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Must reside in Benin
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles
