Position: Talent Manager
Industry: Food and Beverages
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Talent Development:
Design and implement talent development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
Develop succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
Performance Management:
Lead performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and developing improvement plans.
Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to enhance their skills.
Employee Retention:
Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including recognition programs and career development opportunities.
Analyze turnover data and implement initiatives to improve employee retention rates.
Workforce Planning:
Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent needs and align workforce planning with business goals.
Ensure that the organization has the right people in the right roles to drive business success.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in talent management, with a focus on acquisition, development, and retention.
Strong understanding of talent management strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain a high-performing workforce.
