Our client is a tier 1 leading full-service commercial Bank in Nigeria with branches within
Africa and beyond.
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:

• Drive change to implement efficient and effective strategies and mentor a team of HR professionals focused on culture, engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies to promote a strong organizational culture aligned with the bank's values and goals.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• An International Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years’ work experience in an International Organization with multi company presence
• Possession of CIPD / SPHR / GPHR certifications

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦900,000.00 per month
