Responsibilities:
Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦900,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Drive change to implement efficient and effective strategies and mentor a team of HR professionals focused on culture, engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies to promote a strong organizational culture aligned with the bank's values and goals.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An International Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years’ work experience in an International Organization with multi company presence
- Possession of CIPD / SPHR / GPHR certifications
Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦900,000.00 per month
Experience:
- in an International Organization: 5 years (Required)
