We are currently recruiting for one of our prominent clients, a well-established international holding in the i Gaming sector. This company has been at the forefront of the industry for over 8 years, operating in more than 30 countries, and is now seeking a Team Lead, Revenue Share Department to join their growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
• Coordinate and align team efforts to achieve strategic objectives within set timelines.
• Oversee task and project planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation and priority setting.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and set actionable goals.
• Foster a motivated and productive work environment, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support the professional development and career progression of team members.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in both English and Russian.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a strong interest in the gambling/betting industry.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude towards process improvement and new idea generation.
• Energetic, quick to learn, and adaptable to changing environments.
• Open to long-term relocation opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience as a department head or team leader, particularly in organizing and managing departmental operations.

• Prior experience in leading a call centre, support, or revenue share teams.
• Ideally, an African candidate based in Moscow or St. Petersburg, with significant experience in betting and gambling.
