We are looking for a talented Warehouse Coordinator - Level III to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Logistics Warehousing Purchasing Department in Abuja, Nigeria.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Efficient Coordination: By managing operations across various areas like Inbound, Outbound, and Kitting, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

- Quality Assurance: Performing quality checks and addressing non-conforming materials will minimize costs and enhance product quality.
- Optimized Delivery: Efficiently receiving, sorting, and storing goods will optimize warehouse space and improve delivery times.
- Operational Excellence: Operating equipment to meet customer expectations and maintaining cycle times will demonstrate your high competency in core work skills.
- Team Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with your team and support staff will drive continuous improvement in processes and employee development.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Your willingness to perform miscellaneous duties and maintain a clean work area will support overall business goals and operational efficiency.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Analytical Skills: The ability to evaluate and select the appropriate transportation mode and equipment type through shipment volume analysis to balance cost, quality, and time effectively.
- Trade Regulation Knowledge: A solid understanding of relevant trade regulations to apply to processes and systems, minimizing trade risks and costs.
- Inventory Management: Proficiency in managing physical inventory using control methodologies to maintain accurate inventory levels and meet customer expectations.
- Warehouse Operations Expertise: Familiarity with warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for both inbound and outbound operations.
Education/ Experience:
- A two-year University degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering or a relevant field of study preferred.
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third-party logistics provider management.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
