Job Description

Our client is a leading plastic manufacturer based in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible of inventory management & Day to day operation of Raw material (RM), , packing material (PM) issued to the production based on Material requisition slip.

• Overall warehouse activities like Raw material receipts (Resin bag), finished Goods dispatches, Invoice creating, Maintaining Bins accuracy, Scrap items disposal Etc.

• Perform cycle count every month thru internal auditor.

• Regular Audit to ascertain the efficiency of warehouse in all aspects like stock Accuracy, records, housekeeping, etc.

• Responsible for monitoring the Ageing of inventory, stock levels, space occupancy frequency, blocked material, etc.

• Coordination with internal department (Production, Purchase, Quality, Planning, Logistics) for smooth flow of warehousing activities.

• Procurement some of raw material and packing material from suppliers (Part of Procurement team).

• Create the company’s supply chain strategy.

• Monitor Logistics to make sure they run smoothly.

• Analyse data from shipping and delivering process.

• Find Cost effective solutions for supply chain process.

• Resolve issue that come up(e.g. delay in delivery , accidents)

• Collaborate with other department to create coordinated plans for business growth.

Experience: 7-12 Years' into plastic manufacturing. African experience is preferred.
