Responsibilities:
•Attend marketing and vendor meetings on behalf of the company.
•Promote and market the company’s services during external meetings and events.
•Serve as a liaison between the company and external partners.
•Perform general office administration, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing communications.
•Run office errands such as deliveries, collections, and other essential tasks.
•Assist with coordinating office events and activities as required.
•Ensure the office environment remains efficient and organized by handling supply orders, equipment maintenance, and other operational duties.
REQUIREMENTS
•Must be a member ofvthe National Youth Service Corp
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
•Professional demeanor with a customer-service oriented attitude.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
•A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
•Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
