About you:
We are looking for a senior team member to help drive our growth, being part of shaping our company strategy, and day-to-day activities. This is a senior position, and an absolute requirement is that you have worked 5-10 years in a relevant business.

About the role:

Account Management: The role implies identifying new business opportunities, and being in charge of some of our current client teams – strategically and day-to-day – setting overall directions for the projects and being available as senior support for all the clients in your portfolio. - People Management: As the client lead, it’s crucial to cultivate the relationships, ensuring all needs are being met and exceeded when possible – proactively working to understand our client’s challenges and to find the best solutions. The ability to act as a link between the company and the client is a key feature – so is the collaboration with internal managers, specialists and partners in all departments, across countries. As the most senior member of any client or project team the Brand Director is leading by example and engaging in a pro-active style that encourages the rest of the team to perform to the best of their ability.
- Project Management: Overall management of tasks such as annual planning, budgeting, contracts, forecast, and partner relations. Strategic project management in selected projects: budgets, proposals, timings, contacts, and other administrative tasks. Ensure projects are completed to their schedules, with focus on profitability, evaluation and follow-up.
The Brand Director will report to the Managing Director.
