Auto Store and our organization have undergone significant growth, and we are actively expanding our HR function. In order to support and drive this growth, we are seeking a new addition to our global HR team in Haugesund.
As an HR Business Partner in Auto Store you will have a dedicated leadership population to support locally and globally. You will be a strategic partner to the business and work to recruit, retain and develop our people. This position reports to HR Manager EMEA/APAC, located in Haugesund, Norway.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the HR Business Partner for dedicated business populations, taking on key functional responsibilities based on background and expertise.

Translate business needs and strategies into actionable HR activities that align with organizational goals.

Collaborate closely with various business units, utilizing a comprehensive range of HR tools and processes to provide support for their objectives.

Contribute to a data driven approach to HR, working with data quality and data analytics for reporting, decision making and a targeted approach to deliver value to the business

Support your leadership population in recruiting, retaining and engaging employees throughout their employee journey:

Identify resource gaps and effective resource utilization

Participate and support in recruitment initiatives

Support managers in People Development activities
-
Function as a strategic partner in organizational design and effectiveness discussions

Follow up on engagements survey and drive change activities through managers

Support the wider HR team in Leadership Development activities and trainings

Support the managers on compensation and benefits related questions together with the wider HR team

Ensure compliance with and adherence to global HR policies and processes

Contribute to and potentially lead HR projects and initiatives, showcasing expertise in Human Capital Management

Lead by example, embodying our core values and leadership principles. Actively contribute to creating a positive office culture and be a role model for the team, embracing the principles that define our organization.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field relevant to HR or similar
-
5+ years of experience in a similar role or a broader HR background with substantial expertise
-
Proven business acumen with a focus on HR perspectives
-
It is an advantage to have experience in an international organizational setting
-
Previous exposure to HCM systems like Workday is a plus
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills and collaborative team player. Company working language is English.

Effective delivery orientation and analytical mindset
