Independent Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Norway/Finland

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SUCCESS:

Independent acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships in the assigned sales territory
Consulting and selling our system solutions to specialist retailers, construction companies, and craft businesses
Conducting product presentations, as well as project consulting and training for customers
Market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
Close collaboration with the internal sales team to ensure optimal customer support

HERE'S WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in the construction industry or a related field
Several years of experience in field sales and as a sales representative in the tile or construction materials industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent and results-oriented work style
Enjoyment in working with customers and a high level of commitment
Willingness to travel and a Class B driver’s license
Proficiency in German or English required
