Thomsun Group is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Showroom Helper to assist in our musical instrument showroom in Oman. The ideal candidate will help maintain the showroom’s appearance, support customers, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience. Candidates with the ability to play a musical instrument will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily upkeep and organization of the showroom.
- Support customers by providing basic information about musical instruments and products.
- Assist in setting up and displaying musical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and care of showroom inventory.
- Assist in managing stock levels and inventory checks.
- Provide excellent customer service and support the sales team as needed.
- Residing in Oman with a valid work visa.
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage.
- Ability to play a musical instrument is preferred.
- Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Physically fit to handle showroom tasks and inventory.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm for music, and a customer-focused mindset.
