We cater to professional bakers, home chefs, and the baking industry by offering a wide range of high-quality products. As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced Accountant Officer to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, issuing invoices, and maintaining accurate billing and cash records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash, credit, and debit payments from customers.
- Issue receipts and invoices accurately.
- Maintain transaction and billing records.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Reconcile daily cash and billing data.
- Assist with financial reporting and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
