Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, issuing invoices, and maintaining accurate billing and cash records.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash, credit, and debit payments from customers.
• Issue receipts and invoices accurately.
• Maintain transaction and billing records.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Reconcile daily cash and billing data.
• Assist with financial reporting and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
