Role Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive (Female) to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing services, and a commitment to providing outstanding client experiences. This is a full-time, onsite position with preference given to candidates located near DHA Phase 8.
Position Details:

• Job Title: Client Service Executive (Full-Time, Onsite)
• Location: Karachi (Preference for candidates near DHA Phase 8)
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Flexible)
• Salary Range: PKR 50,000 - 80,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
• Understand client goals, develop strong relationships, and act as an advocate for their needs within the agency
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing solutions
• Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and address inquiries or concerns promptly
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with the team to improve processes and deliverables
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and progress

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency is essential)
• Ability to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• A client-oriented attitude with a focus on relationship building and service excellence.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and best practices (SEO, PPC, content management, etc.)
