Job Description
Five Rivers Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Computer Vision Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Computer Vision Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to address our clients' business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy innovative AI models and applications, leveraging your expertise in CV (Computer Vision), LLM (Large Language Models), Gen AI (Generative AI), Vector Embedding, and related technologies.


Responsibilities:
  • Research and develop image processing, object detection, tracking, and recognition algorithms.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Collect and curate datasets required for training and testing CV models.
  • Perform data preprocessing, including image normalization, augmentation, and annotation.
  • Use frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Open CV to build machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Train models on large datasets, ensuring performance and accuracy.
  • Fine-tune and optimize models for specific hardware (e.g., GPUs, TPUs, or edge devices).
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and applications
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on our projects and solutions
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or above degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on LLM, Gen AI, and Vector Embedding.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or MATLAB.
  • Deep Learning for CV: Familiarity with convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and their architectures (e.g., Res Net, YOLO, U-Net, Faster R-CNN).
  • Understanding of transfer learning, fine-tuning, and pre-trained models.
  • Experience with training, testing, and deploying deep learning models.
  • Image Processing Fundamentals: Techniques like filtering, edge detection, color spaces, transformations (Fourier, wavelets), and feature extraction.
  • Computer Vision Techniques: Object detection, recognition, and segmentation, Optical flow, 3D vision, and depth estimation, Motion tracking and pose estimation, Image generation and enhancement (GANs, super-resolution).
  • Experience with domain-specific CV applications, such as facial recognition, OCR, medical imaging, autonomous vehicles, or security systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging AI to drive business impact.
