Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies and proven expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms. The specialist will also oversee our Shopify store and ensure it aligns with SEO best practices to maximize visibility and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:Facebook Ads:

• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance, ensuring the best possible ROI through A/B testing and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Stay updated on Facebook algorithm changes and advertising trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

Google Ads:

• Create and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, focusing on both search and display networks.
• Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for ad targeting.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results, using data-driven insights.
• Optimize landing pages to ensure alignment with ad copy and increase conversion rates.

Shopify Management:

• Maintain and enhance the Shopify store, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal functionality.
• Integrate marketing tools and features that support e-commerce sales and marketing campaigns.
• Implement and manage promotions and product launches, aligning with digital marketing efforts.

SEO:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website and Shopify store.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO tasks, including keyword optimization, meta descriptions, and link building.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that attracts and engages the target audience.
• Track and report SEO performance, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in running successful Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing results.
• Proficiency with Shopify, including experience in managing and optimizing online stores.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and hands-on experience in implementing SEO strategies.
• Data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies in simple terms.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing ad content (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite).
• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
