Duct Cleaning Sales Agent (Work From Home)

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Duct Cleaning Sales Agents to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home position where you will play a key role in promoting and selling our duct cleaning services. Your main responsibility will be to reach potential customers, explain our services, and close sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to sell duct cleaning services.
- Engage with customers through phone calls, social media platforms (primarily Facebook), and other communication tools.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and address customer needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to earn additional commission.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Record and update customer information in the company’s database.
- Work with the team to share strategies and tips for improved sales performance.
- Must have a cell phone with internet connectivity.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook and how to use it for customer outreach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM Pakistan time).
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Base Salary: PKR 30,000 - 40,000 per month.
- Commission: Additional commission based on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
