Who we are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience managing a vehicle fleet.
- Desire to maintain the highest standard of vehicle fitness and operational excellence in the industry.
- High integrity.
- Knowledge of vehicle parts and common mechanical issues.
- Ability to handle pressure in high-stakes situations, such as vehicle breakdowns.
- Can read spreadsheets and enter data into Google Sheets or Excel.
- Manage the highest quality, low-cost fleet of distribution in Pakistan.
- Achieve the primary target of maintaining the available count of fit vehicles and available drivers.
- Quick onboarding of quality vehicles, often within hours, and maintaining strong vendor relations.
- Manage and coach drivers.
- Resolve vehicle issues quickly.
- Proactively coordinate vehicle maintenance.
