Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SEO and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Client SEO & Brad Sales & marketing efforts. This role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to boost our online presence, improve our website traffic, and increase Client & customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SEO Lead-Level, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, increase web traffic, and enhance user experience.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to enhance search visibility and attract targeted audiences.
Plan and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, info-graphics, and other digital content that aligns with ICT Systems Pvt Ltd 's brand & SEO Client psychology and values.
Our Oversee and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant analytics platforms.
Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure ICT Systems Pvt Ltd remains competitive in the digital landscape.
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers, leveraging segmentation and personalization techniques.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for SEO and digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Implement and manage social media strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement across platforms like Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Handle budget allocation for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5 TO 8 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative content.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar digital marketing credentials.
Experience working in the UAE Based SEO, SSM Clients & US Based Design Industry Paid campaigns platforms.
Familiarity with the Pakistani market and its digital landscape, particularly in relation to international consumer behaviour.
