Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team and ensure seamless coordination between drivers, customers, and operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and organizational skills, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch trucks for pickups and deliveries based on customer needs and driver availability.
- Monitor routes to ensure timely delivery and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support during trips.
- Collaborate with customers to provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules and status.
- Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs and driver performance.
- Optimize routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Proven experience in truck dispatching or logistics (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with drivers and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
