Truck Dispatcher Job Description
We are seeking a Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team and ensure seamless coordination between drivers, customers, and operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and organizational skills, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch trucks for pickups and deliveries based on customer needs and driver availability.
• Monitor routes to ensure timely delivery and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support during trips.
• Collaborate with customers to provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules and status.
• Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs and driver performance.
• Optimize routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in truck dispatching or logistics (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with drivers and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range:- (40,000 -60,000 basic & commission up to $1000)
