ROLE SUMMARY:

Cambridge College is one of the leading co-educational schools in Peru serving more than 1,200 students from 2-18 years of age.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To determine areas of extracurricular demand and develop plans to meet these needs.
- To recruit coaches and service providers to meet the school´s demands for extracurricular activities.
- To vet prospective actitivy leaders thoroughly, conduct background checks, and ensure their suitability to work with children.
- To provide an induction program for all new employees, ensuring that they can meet the school´s expectations aroung child safeguarding and protection and attendance and that they conduct their activities in accordance with the school´s pedagogy and communication guidelines.
- Liaise with the athletics department and academic leaders to ensure that facilities and resources are used in accordance with the school´s priorities.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and Finance Departments to ensure that the activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Promote the Cambridge College Academies on appropiate platforms, assemblies and parent sessiones.
- Conduct a review of each activity upon completion to provide feedback to the provider and enhance the program delivery.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- The ability to recruit, evaluate and retain talented, caring coaches.
- Storng interpersonal skills in working with students, parents and coaches.
- Organisational skills such as timetabling and budgeting.
- The ability to promote and celebrate the Athletics Program.
