We are a small remote office located in Jesús María with a virtual team of 4-5 personnel. We provide sales and customer service support to a real estate/property management company in Hartford, CT - USA. For over 30 years, the property management company Rego Realty Corp. offers a diverse portfolio of rental properties. The virtual Lima (Peru) team works closely with our in-office Hartford, CT (USA) staff.
This current position is remote and will mainly focus on the customer service - both ENGLISH and SPANISH.
Functions:
General
-Answer inbound calls and provide assistance regarding our services
-Make outbound calls to residents and/or prospects regarding our services
- Ensure all data is gathered or communication is recorded and uploaded onto the prospect, applicant, and or resident account/file
- Work with various departments in receiving calls from residents, collect requests/information, and redirect to leasing/maintenance/management/accounting
- Use knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems.
- Make daily and weekly reports.
Sales
- Following up with prospects/ potential clients and updating records in our system.
- Arranging staff members to conduct showings of apartments.
- Provide a smooth and timely transition in conducting follow-ups with prospects.
- Provide support to the team in the leasing process, sharing or requesting information of potential customers.
Customer Service
-Follow up with residents regarding new, pending, and completed work
-prepare and send out communication to residents regarding service and scheduled work
-ensure efiles are up to date with service receipts, notes, and additional information as needed
Skill Requirements:
English is a must - fluent.
Experience in call center, 2 years minimum
Experience in customer service, 2 years minimum
Experience in receptionist, 2 years minimum
Great communication skills
Office suite knowledge
Salario: s/ 2000-2400 bruto

REQUISITOS - EXPERIENCIA FÍSICOS:
· Conexión a Internet estable y de alta velocidad. Una velocidad mínima de Internet de 40 Mb/s de descarga y 6 Mb/s de carga a nivel internacional.
· 2 monitores son imprescindibles, o una pantalla grande que permita dividir ventanas fácilmente o tamaño de ventana completo
· Una computadora portátil o de escritorio (PS) moderna con: Windows 10 o Windows 11 o mac OS 10.11 o posterior
· Unos auriculares con micrófono que funcionen
· Cámara web
· Un lugar tranquilo para trabajar, sin ruidos de fondo.
