Job Responsibilities

• Foster client relationships by delivering timely and precise communication to US-based customers via verbal and written channels
• Provide prompt resolution for quotes, claims, e-signatures, billing and other policy requests
• Liaise with external entities to maintain exceptional customer experience
• Maintain customer files and record any transactions with customers in the CRM
• Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance overall satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with Errors & Omissions regulatory standards while executing all tasks

• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and manage projects
• Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication in English
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills
• Cross-cultural communication and collaboration

You will be considered for this role if you have:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality or Humanities
• At least 1 year of Customer Service, Sales or Marketing experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom
• Minimum Internet speed of 100 MBPS fiber connection and Entel 4G portable internet as a backup
• A laptop and a headset for training at Edge Edu
