As a Country Manager Peru (i Gaming) at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

Own and drive the process of getting a license

Representation of the i Gaming brand, collaboration with government institutions, and strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
Ensure full compliance with all i Gaming laws and regulations collaborating with the legal department and external lawyers according to internal procedures.
Managing the Peru local team and office.

Oversee operational aspects of the i Gaming brand, customer service, payment processing, and compliance with local regulations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in all aspects of the organization's operations (administrative and operational processes)
Manage the organization's finances, and reporting, and report to the regulator
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the business in all areas.

Required skills:

Leading and managing the licensing process.

Representing the i Gaming brand, collaborating with government institutions.
Ensuring full compliance with all Peruvian i Gaming laws and regulations, collaborating with the legal department of the Head Office and external lawyers under internal procedures.
Managing the local team and office in Peru (if available).

Oversight of operational aspects of the i Gaming brand, customer service, payment processing, and local compliance.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in all aspects of the organization (administrative and operational processes).
Managing the organization's finances and reporting and reporting to the regulator (as required).
Identifying and mitigating risks that may impact the business in all areas.
