Key Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming phone calls and provide the best feedback to the customer
· Communicates with customers through various channels
· Acknowledges and resolves customer complaints or confusion
· Keeps record of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
· Monitors and troubleshoots customer issues over the phone
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service.
-Bachelor of Translation and interpretation, Business, communication
Skills:

-Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
