The Facility Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facility. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate space planning and office moves.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
• Oversee janitorial and cleaning services.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control for facility-related expenses.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and asset management.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in facility management or related role
• Advanced English level of communication
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Preferred Skills:

• IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification
• Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures
