Jr. Mechanical Field Service Engineer

As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role on site with our customers. Leading installation/maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot and ensure safe and compliant installations.

As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, after an intense Training Program, you will be responsible for:

• Provide technical direction for the activities of internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.

• Monitoring, overhauling, troubleshooting and commissioning of our rotating equipment and products at the customer's premises

• Preparation and updating of technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefings for customers and cross-functional internal teams

• Ensure that internal training, compliance, and quality documentation are updated, tracked, and completed in accordance with company standards.

• Properly manage the company's digital tools for retrieving technical documents and managing packing lists, bills of materials, and drawings

Feed your passion

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Have at least 6 months of experience in a mechanical position in an energy, mechanical or petroleum environment.

• Professional in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.

• Have basic knowledge of rotating equipment installation and maintenance.

• Show a strong customer service-oriented mindset, experience in guiding customers through difficult decisions.

• Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to clients and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.

• Have the ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.

• Have excellent verbal and written English.

• Be prepared to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restrictions, including offshore facilities.
