About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Meta Ads Manager to lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise and creative skills to drive high-quality traffic, maximize conversions, and achieve the company's marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Meta advertising campaigns and a solid understanding of the home services niche.
Experience in the home services niche is a must.


What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Meta-advertising strategies that align with business goals and audience preferences.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Meta advertising efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the setup, launch, and ongoing management of Meta advertising campaigns.
• Craft engaging ad copies, headlines, and visuals to resonate with target audiences and drive high engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify improvement areas and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign insights to stakeholders.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure optimal return on investment.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ in managing Meta advertising campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of meta-advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the home services niche or contractor marketing is a must.
