Esta posición es para dar soporte administrativo y de análisis al equipo comercial y de acceso en Perú

Responsabilidades

• Actualización de reportes de sell in y sell out (distribuidores y canales de venta).
  
• Seguimiento y actualización de inventarios de distribuidores, cadenas y principales clientes de horizontalidad.
  
• Ingreso de OC de los distribuidores (seguimiento con el equipo de finanzas y logística).
  
• Responsable de la codificación de productos nuevos en distribuidores y cadenas de farmacias.
  
• Construcción de cálculos de notas de crédito comerciales.
  
• Actualización de fcst vs venta real.
  
• Soporte administrativo en el área de acceso (documentos y gestión administrativa en las herramientas virtuales de las entidades públicas).
  
• Elaborar y enviar formatos de cotizaciones requeridas por las entidades públicas.
  
• Construcción de análisis de rotación de productos en el portafolio de salud femenina (anticoncepción y fertilidad).
  

Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachiller en la carrera de administración, marketing, ingeniería industrial o afines.
  
• Conocimiento de Excel avanzado, Power Point.
