Practicante de Legal


Objetivo del puesto:
Apoyar los procesos de revisión de poderes de clientes y elaboración de contratos, trabajar para mejorar procesos actuales en respuestas a solicitud de levantamiento bancario, relacionarse con áreas internas para apoyar sus solicitudes relacionadas a temas legales de Volvo Financial Services Peru.


Requisitos:

• Profesional egresado de la carrera de Derecho.
• M. Office intermedio – avanzado.
• Experiencia en prácticas similares en áreas de Derecho (financiero y/o empresas de leasing).
• Conocimiento de análisis de revisión de poderes (vigencias de poder, actas societarias).
• Conocimiento de elaboración de contratos comerciales y respuestas a entidades (Fiscalía, Juzgados, SBS, entre otros).

Funciones principales:

• Apoyo en la elaboración de contratos.
• Apoyo en la revisión de poderes de clientes.
• Apoyo en la elaboración de respuestas de levantamiento de secreto bancario.
• Apoyo en proyectos del área Legal.
