Main Purpose:
Main Purpose
Complies with accounting and tax processes of the Peruvian companies: Catalina Huanca, Trafigura Peru and Trafigura Metales Basicos ensuring that the tax requirements are carried out according to law and in accordance with Company policies.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Four years of experience as tax accountant
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, specialization in taxes preferable
  • Solid knowledge on how to report to SUNAT : Electronic books, VAT and Income tax calculations and reporting, involved with tax rules and tax rules changes, coordinate and ensure the immediate implementation of compliance.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Advance English required
  • Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure fulfilling provide information in a timely and proper manner.
  • Experience in SUNAT’s system (PDT y PDB)
  • Experience in ERP, Oracle or SAP systems.
  • Knowledge support for DUA documents Import / Export.
Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and filing of return of balance refund of the Exporter.
  • Preparation and filing of claims against SUNAT. (e.g. Return drawdowns).
  • Responsible of preparing the annual and monthly taxes declarations (income tax, IGV, Itan, etc.).
  • Review of operations subject to detraction.
  • Maintain good flow of communication with SUNAT.
  • Responsible to resolved tax consultations from TGS.
  • Prepare tax information requested by the Corporation.
  • Service and manage requirements from SUNAT.
  • Review tax payment vouchers supplier registered in the system.
  • Responsible for preparing the liquidation of monthly taxes, file and pay the PDTS to Sunat.
  • Complete and submit the monthly PDT, Annual DJ, DAOT, annual, TTNA, annual transfer pricing or other information requested from Sunat.
  • Broadcast and monthly costs of e Books shopping Registration Sales Sunat.
  • Tax and Financial engaged external auditors.
  • Calculation and Determination of deferred tax.
  • Being whitewash the tax system and coordinate with our executive / officer.
  • Coordinate the payment of taxes with Treasury.
