As a Cashier , you will be the friendly face of our retail team, providing excellent customer service while managing transactions and assisting customers with their purchases. You will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience and helping customers find the right products for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and provide assistance as needed.
- Transaction Management: Operate the cash register, process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest computer products, accessories, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
