Job Description

1.Responsible for the business development of local sellers and brands in Poland Market.2.Develop and execute strategies for the acquisition and retention of local sellers, enhancing the company's market presence and competitive edge.3.Negotiate and secure partnerships with key sellers, focusing on mutually beneficial agreements and long-term collaboration.4.Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while exploring new opportunities to ensure continuous growth and performance improvement.5.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for local sellers, enhancing their satisfaction and operational efficiency.6.Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify business opportunities and areas for expansion within the local supply chain.

Position Requirement

1.Bachelor degree in business, marketing, computer science or relevant field of study.2.At least 5 years relevant experience in ecommerce, retailor, e-commerce logistics or related industry, worked in Amazon, ebay, Allegro or other local platforms is a plus.3.Proven experiences in international business development. Knowledge of Internet and ecommerce is a plus.4.Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.5.Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.6.Highly driven self-starter who can deliver results in a highly dynamic environment and business climate.7.Strong networking skills and ability to build alliances.8.English and local language (Polish) should be at professional level, Chinese is a plus.
