As the Fashion Art Director at our Warsaw Studio, you will play a key role in shaping the visual direction and creative vision of our projects, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards of creativity and align with client expectations. This role requires a blend of creative leadership, strong communication with clients, and on-set direction to bring our artistic vision to life.

As the Fashion Art Director at our Warsaw Studio, you will play a key role in shaping the visual direction and creative vision of our projects, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards of creativity and align with client expectations. This role requires a blend of creative leadership, strong communication with clients, and on-set direction to bring our artistic vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:

Creative Vision and Direction: Develop and maintain the overall creative vision for projects, ensuring that all visual elements align with the client's brand and artistic goals.

Client Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding artistic direction, capturing their vision and incorporating their feedback into the creative process. Communicate regularly with clients to align on goals, expectations, and adjustments.

Team Briefing and Coordination: Lead on-set briefings with all creative team members, including stylists, makeup artists, photographers, and assistants, ensuring everyone understands and executes the agreed-upon creative direction.

Styling and Look Validation: Oversee the selection and approval of styling, makeup, and overall look creation to ensure it meets the creative brief and client standards.

Visual Supervision: Provide comprehensive supervision of all visual elements, including lighting, composition, wardrobe, and model poses, to ensure consistency and adherence to the desired aesthetic.

On-the-Spot Adjustments: Make real-time adjustments or provide creative suggestions on set, such as modifying lighting, refining model poses, or adjusting props, to achieve the perfect shot in line with the client's vision.

Model Direction: Guide models to ensure their poses, expressions, and overall presentation are consistent with the creative direction and enhance the visual storytelling.

Image Curation: Lead the selection process for the best images from the shoot, ensuring they reflect both the creative and client-approved directions. Provide final recommendations to present to clients.

Client Presentation and Approval: Present curated images and creative decisions to the client, explaining how each element aligns with the artistic direction and securing approval or making necessary refinements based on feedback.
Profile:

Fluent in English

Proven experience as an Art Director in the fashion industry.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in fashion photography, styling, and visual storytelling.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and clients.

Ability to make quick creative decisions and adjustments in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in directing teams on set, including photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and models.

Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of current fashion trends.
