Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high quality field based technical expertise. The main purpose of this role will be to provide this high level of field-based support direct to customers within the Poland.

Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high quality field based technical expertise. The main purpose of this role will be to provide this high level of field-based support direct to customers within the Poland.
Responsibilities:
- To carry out repairs, on site commissioning, service and calibration of customer's inline inspection equipment to the stated processes and procedures which will also include where required, the provision of on-site customer training.
- Carry out upgrades and refurbishments on customer site.
- Handle on site customer queries in a fair and courteous manner.
- Must be prepared to adapt to all types of environments and comply with local client's health and safety regulations.
- Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with the company procedures.
- Expected to co-operate by working overtime as and when required.
- To be part of the on-call standby rota system as required
- Must be prepared to learn a diverse set of products and continually improve your product knowledge.
- Provide technical support via phone and email where required
Qualifications
Essential
- Good Technical Electrical / Electronics skills with a qualification to support this.
- Experience in a field service role and familiar with all aspects of customer service including commissioning, repairs, and servicing.
- Good PC literacy
- Good Organisation skills orientated around reliably delivering what is promised
- Good methodical approach to problem solving
- Full driving licence
- Good customer service skills
- Flexibility will be required to work overtime including weekends as required
