THE WORK:

Assess incoming design requests by evaluating tasks for clear briefs, complete reference materials, and feasibility, demonstrating a commitment to constant progress.

Ensure quality control by identifying gaps, requesting missing information, and preparing tasks.

Help prioritize tasks based on urgency, complexity, and team capacity, embracing challenges as opportunities.

Collaborate closely with Creative Teams to maintain alignment and optimize workflows.

Thrive on continuous advancement by refining intake and assessment processes to boost efficiency and turnaround times.

6 +years of experience in a design role, demonstrating expertise and leadership.

Design Skills: Proficient in Creative Cloud tools: In Design, Illustrator, Power Point.

Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify incomplete briefs and foresee potential challenges.

Communication: Clear, concise communication, effectively managing expectations with stakeholders and teams.

Problem-Solving: Skilled in assessing project feasibility and proposing practical, effective solutions in a team environment.
