WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A university graduate up to 6 months after graduation or a student of a 3rd, 4th or 5th year (available for min. 20 h per week)
- Proficient English and fluent French speaker
- Candidate with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a multinational environment would be an advantage

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- support Philip Morris International employees with HR related queries
- actively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of employee cases
- maintain requests and employees’ personal data in SAP database
- prepare and translate HR related documentation and organizational announcements
- perform daily audits of data inputs
- generate standard and complex SAP reports
