We are currently looking for Application Support Specialist:
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience
Job Description: Portal Operations Analysts will:
· Provide Android Enterprise (“AE”) Qualification:
o Process applications into the SFDC community.
· Provide AE Onboarding:
o Send legal agreements to approved applicants and update SFDC partner accounts accordingly.
o List of required systems are:
§ NDA Central
§ Simba
o Review SFDC partner onboarding questionnaires and update SFDC partner accounts
· Provide partner validation support and notification
· Provide Partner Marketing Hub allowlist maintenance
· Provide Solutions Directory (“SD”) maintenance
· Manage Community responses: Manage and support all non-technical based questions created via Salesforce cases which includes
· Provide Portal Data Clean-Up
· Content publishing process
· Provide SFDC Governance
· Provide Partner Portal Internal Training
· Provide Learning management system (“LMS”) support.
· Provide internal support of the portal
· Provide Partner Portal UAT Testing
Languages: Portuguese (C1), English (C1), Spanish (C1)
Location will be Lisbon, and they need to be onsite 3 times per week, with a possibility to increase to 5 days a week in the future.
