Main Activities and Responsibilities:
We are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering or Management;
• 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management and 3-5 years in commercial roles;
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish;
• Solid knowledge of Management and Organisation, Business Capacities, Financial Literacy, Strategic and Analytical Skills, Stakeholder Management, Market Intelligence, Operations and M&A;
• Experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on leadership and results orientation;
• Ability to work in a team with a proactive attitude;
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and interpersonal relations;
• High emotional intelligence, with emphasis on self-motivation, resilience and adaptability to change;
• Availability to travel.
