For our NBS Lisbon we are currently looking for trainees in two of our main areas: New Services (NS) and Consumer Engagement Services (CES). This is an amazing opportunity to have a hands-on experience and to quick start your professional career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

This is a one-year experience with a lot of engagement and dedication from our teams, mentors, and coaches inside the center with you.

A day in the life of...
New Services Trainee

Project Management: support the teams and markets with the implementation of projects, helping with analysis of risks, hypothesis, helping with training material and adopting different methodologies
Business Analytics: help the analysis of consumer behavior, data breakdown, support the teams and stakeholders in decision making

Consumer Engagement Services Trainee

Learn about data analysis, methodologies, creation of reports and dashboard, support the preparation of presentations for the stakeholders and make part of continuous improvement processes

What will make you successful

Being a recent graduate student with a bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Management, Economy, Business Analytics, Information Systems and Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, Project Management, Logistics, Marketing
Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
Eligible for an IEFP internship;
Available to start in September 2024;
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;
Willing to join a multicultural environment;
Customer and result focus
