- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution;
- Maintain good level of customer satisfaction, identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution;
- Providing 2nd-level support by: researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions, carrying out configurations, performing upgrades and carrying out migrations;
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Experience as a system engineer with Microsoft technology such as Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, System Center, SQL Server and Storage Spaces;
- Good knowledge of Azure infrastructure as a service platform inside-out and a good up-to-date grasp of the individual Azure components;
- Know how to integrate the Azure components in a hybrid context, even in complex scenarios like disaster recovery, high availability, backup and migrations;

Nice to have:
- Microsoft certifications
- Knowledge of other Cloud platforms such as Amazon or Google
- Knowledge of the Docker ecosystem
- Fluent in (technical) English.
