Skills and Qualifications

As a Financial Specialist at xgeeks, you'll be part of a smart and supportive team! Your responsibilities will be:

• Create analytical reports, including P&Ls and detailed cost analysis, and present the findings
• Manage accounts receivable, perform account reconciliations, and address customer inquiries.
• Conduct forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for all departments.
• Create financial models to support business decisions and data visualizations.
• Support monthly and quarterly audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
• Liaison with internal synvert group stakeholders, including intercompany exchanges.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience in financial reporting software and ERP Systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like tableau or Power BI
• Hands-on experience with P&L creation, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, including intercompany partners.
• Experience in presenting financial data and insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages, especially Portuguese, are a plus.
• Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance standards.
• Experience supporting audits, both internal and external.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of advanced data analysis languages or platforms, such as SQL, Python, or R, for finance-related analytics.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional financial projects.
