Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• + 1 year of experience as Support Consultant or other relevant experience
• Experience with Jira will be a plus
• Driven to team work
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Hybrid work in the office in Lisbon (2/3x per week)
