As we expand our operations in Portugal, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure the efficient running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, including overseeing supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep.
• Perform administrative functions, such as scheduling meetings, managing communications, and supporting the management team.
• Provide leadership and guidance to administrative staff when necessary.
• Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to boost operational efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact with external vendors, including suppliers, landlords, and other business partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
