YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

At the heart of our daily work is collaboration with key stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, and People teams. Together, we strive to identify and solve challenges, streamline processes, and deliver insights related to personnel costs. Joining our team means working in a dynamic, multinational environment where you'll collaborate with colleagues from diverse functions. This enriching experience will not only sharpen your skills but also broaden your perspectives as you tackle challenges from multiple angles.
Some of your daily tasks will be to support the team with headcount budgeting processes aligned with the FREENOW company strategy, report monthly Personnel Expenses and Benefits' analysis. In addition, you will participate in projects in order to streamline processes among various People and Finance Teams.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Accounting and/or Finance Bachelor degree
• Relative working experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling
• Understanding the complex environment of personnel costs' structure
• Excel and Googlesheet knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment
• Payroll knowledge would be a plus
