Marketing Manager (Healthcare B2B Marketplace)

(We are supporting our client, Sheer Me, in their search for a Marketing Manager to work in the European market in Lisbon).

sheer ME is the leading platform in Portugal for booking and paying for wellness and beauty services.
Each appointment made by users results in cashback, which is accumulated in a digital wallet.
In addition, users have the opportunity to create their own community, inviting friends and earning wallet value every time they book care services.
For merchants in the wellness and beauty sector, sheer ME offers a free platform (web and sheer ME PRO app) to improve their digital presence, acquire business online and manage all their appointments and payments in one place, without the need for any other equipment.
Sheer ME has recently started operations in Brazil and Spain and will soon be available as a global solution.
Responsibilities:
● Create and implement marketing plans in line with company objectives; 
● Analyze market trends, competition and consumer behavior to identify opportunities;
● Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns (digital and traditional); 

● Manage budgets and deadlines, ensuring the best return on investment (ROI); 
● Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using analysis and data tools;
● Lead and supervise the marketing team; Delegate tasks, offer feedback and ensure objectives are met; 

● Work closely with sales teams, product, to ensure campaigns are aligned with the company's vision;
● Ensure that all marketing communications are in line with the brand's identity;Developing strategies to strengthen the brand in the market;
● Creating compelling content (blog posts, social media captions, email marketing) that educates, inspires and motivates users;
● Managing and expanding our social media presence;
● Manage the company's presence on offline channels, and events.

Skills:
● Experience managing marketing teams;
Familiarity with marketing analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) (preferred);
● Creative and results-oriented, with a passion for health and wellness; 

● Experience in project management.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Driving the Marketing team’s strategy and contractors (when available)
-  Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Creating and distributing promotional materials such as email newsletters, blog posts, and social media content
- Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Collaborating with partners and influencers to build strategic relationships, drive brand awareness, partnerships and sponsors,
- Developing and managing budgets for marketing initiatives
- You'll need a strong understanding of the wellness and beauty industry and the opportunity to digitizing this industry.
