Job Description
An exceptional opportunity awaits highly skilled Mixologists to join our dynamic team at our premium venue in Cascais. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving extraordinary cocktails and beverages to our guests. Join us and be part of a vibrant and unique gastro pub where you can showcase your mixology expertise and provide outstanding service.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the bar area, delivering exceptional beverage service to all guests.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Create and maintain ingredients for the beverage menu.
• Adhere to proper alcohol handling, restaurant standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements.
• Conduct daily supply inventory for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean work area, including polishing glasses and bar tools.
• Develop innovative cocktail recipes to enhance the menu.
• Support waitstaff with table service when needed.
• Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Certified or trained in mixology.
• Proven experience as a mixologist.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Native or fluent English speaker with C1 level proficiency. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
