YOUR ROLE

In this role, you should expect to:

• Design and lead Dynamics 365 solutions implementations for large national and international clients.
• Interact with customers and projects from multiple business sectors.
• Work with engineering teams, architects, and cross-functional colleagues during the multiple phases of a project execution.
• Participate in the requirements refinement and translate them into scalable and sustainable solutions, including estimating the technical implementation.
• Conduct and participate in design reviews, code reviews, technical analysis, and performance tuning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 and related technologies and apply this knowledge to improve solutions.
• Take advantage of opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a dynamic and supportive environment.
• Coach and mentor other engineers and consultants

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights (Journeys), Field Service), including hands-on experience in customization, development, and support.
• Familiarity with the latest updates and features within Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of best practices in Dynamics 365 / Dataverse customization and development (C# and Java Script).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is highly desirable.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines, including version management and automated deployments, is a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus or other cloud services in the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform certification is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written); other language skills are also appreciated and welcomed.
• Organized and good at structuring your work.
