Software Engineer II - Backend | Core

Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the Outbound Campaigns Team, focused on building the next generation enterprise campaigns management features in the public multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of microservices.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and decisions, providing insights and recommendations based on technical expertise.
- Contribute to the development of reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Quality, Ops and other development teams to drive technical initiatives forward.
- This position requires the ability to be on-call.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in designing and developing distributed, and scalable systems (Full stack experience preferred).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex systems at scale.
- Solid development experience in Java programming languages, Spring and Springboot frameworks.
- Strong Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools like Git Lab.
- Good knowledge of Elastic and strong experience with database design (both Sql and No SQL).
- Good knowledge of public cloud infrastructures (GCP - Preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
