Technician mission is to monitor IT resources and the operational management of such resources. Activities cover technical and application environments

Your Main Activities Are

Monitor and analyze warnings of IT resources by processing technical / functional warnings or escalates them
Incorporates instructions from ADM for non-operational incidents and tracks and notifies malfunctions
Processes requests for specific actions (processing, extraction, specific work, etc.)
Creates control points as part of procedures and operating methods to ensure that work goes smoothly and drafts ad hoc reporting in line with the most relevant industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.

Profile and Skills to Success

Academic background in Information Technology or Computer Science
Up to 2 years of professional experience in IT
Resilience
Ability to collaborate / Teamwork
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
